The AIE CH Series is a line of professional-grade Continuous Heat Double Seal Foot Operated Sealers designed to produce clean, durable, and aesthetically pleasing mesh or lined seals. Engineered for high performance and reliability, these machines are ideal for sealing thicker materials and packaging.

Each model features:

• Mesh-textured sealing jaws that produce a ⅝” wide seal 

• Seal lengths available in 8”, 12”, 16”, and 24”

• Injection-molded casting and electrostatic painting for long-term durability

• Pedestal, stand, adjustable work table, and foot pedal included standard

• Standard models operate on 110V (220V available upon request); equipped with industrial-grade components rated for continuous operation

Constant Heat Technology

The CH Series utilizes direct heat iron jaws that reach operating temperatures up to 200°C with an initial warm-up time of approximately 5-10 minutes to reach optimal sealing temperature. A digital timer thermostat ensures consistent heat across both jaws for uniform sealing results.  The system also includes an audible alert to notify the operator when the seal cycle is complete, adding a layer of operational safety and control.

Two sealing jaw textures are available:

• Mesh texture (standard) for wide, durable seals

• Horizontal line texture (optional)
